NSW Police Minister Troy Grant has dobbed himself in to police after using his phone to take a photograph while behind the wheel of his car.
Mr Grant took a picture of a sheep in the back of a station wagon while he was stopped at roadworks on Saturday.
He later uploaded the picture to Twitter but then reported himself to police following media questions about the incident.
“I’m not going to tell porkies – if you do something, you own up to it,” Mr Grant told radio 2GB on Tuesday after he paid a $325 fine and lost four demerit points.
